My journey started with a simple but powerful dream: to become an independent woman, stand on my own feet, and support my family with pride.
My higher education was completed in Ahmednagar, where I passed out with the belief that education is not just about degrees, but about building a future. From a very young age, I knew I wanted more from life not comfort, but growth; not dependency, but independence. I wanted to create a career that would give my life purpose and direction.
I began my professional journey from my hometown itself. Like many young professionals, I initially believed that fixing my career in the IT sector would give me stability and growth. Life, however, has its own way of testing us. My first job was in web designing and graphic designing, and it became the first real step toward standing on my own feet. That first role taught me responsibility, discipline, and the dignity of earning.
However, as time passed, I realised that growth was limited. I didn’t want my career to stop where comfort began. With bigger dreams and a hunger to challenge myself, I made one of the boldest decisions of my life moving to Pune.
Pune was not easy. Every day came with new challenges financial pressure, uncertainty, and self-doubt. But there was no option to step back. When you choose growth, you must also choose struggle. Pune became the turning point of my life, the place where my real career truly began.
The company I joined in Pune played a crucial role in shaping my professional journey. I followed every opportunity, learned step by step, and slowly built my career with consistency and commitment. Each phase felt like a lesson preparing me for something bigger.
That preparation soon turned into global exposure. Through my work, I had the opportunity to travel across multiple countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the Maldives (via cruise), and the United Arab Emirates. These experiences not only broadened my understanding of international business practices but also strengthened my adaptability, confidence, and global mindset.
What started in Pune eventually led me to Dubai, where my career took another powerful leap. For the last seven months, I have been working in Dubai, facing new challenges every single day new clients, new tasks, new projects, and higher expectations. Each day demands better performance, smarter solutions, and stronger communication, and that is exactly what has helped me grow professionally.
Dubai has become a major milestone in my career journey. It gave me the opportunity to meet clients, communicate with global professionals, and work in an international business environment that once felt like a distant dream.
