Every journey has a beginning hers started with education, curiosity, and an unshakable belief that she was meant for something more.
Archana Pawar completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with distinction, where she discovered her natural strengths in accounting, marketing, and sales. Numbers made sense to her, but more importantly, people did. She enjoyed understanding how businesses grow, how products are positioned, and how communication creates impact. This passion pushed her to go further.
To deepen her knowledge, she pursued her post-graduation (M.Com / MBA) in Sales and Marketing, again completing it with distinction. Education gave her confidence, but life had its own plans waiting ahead.
The Pause That Prepared Her
After completing her post-graduation, the world entered a difficult phase COVID-19. Like many others, she spent almost two years searching for opportunities, attending virtual interviews from home, giving her best again and again. Some interviews went well, some didn’t but every rejection silently taught her something.
At that time, she truly believed:
“If something isn’t happening for me now, maybe life is preparing me for something better.”
And that belief turned out to be true.
The Call That Changed Everything
On 18th November 2022, she received a call that would change her life an interview opportunity from Pride Group.
She still remembers those days clearly. The interview process lasted four days, and throughout that time, her biggest support system stood beside her her family, especially her father. She was excited, nervous, hopeful… all at once.
When she received the confirmation that she was selected, it wasn’t just a job offer it was the beginning of her transformation.
Leaving Home to Find Herself
For the first time in her life, she made one of the hardest decisions leaving her village and moving to Pune.
She is deeply connected to her family. They always supported her, protected her, and gave her freedom but she knew that to grow, she had to become independent, even if it felt uncomfortable.
That move wasn’t easy. Staying away from home, adjusting to a new city, new people, and a professional environment tested her emotionally and mentally. But it also shaped her.
Three Years of Learning, Growth, and Confidence
Today, she proudly says that she has completed three years with Pride Group three years that completely changed who she is.
During this journey, she learned:

How to communicate clearly and confidently
The importance of body language, tone, and eye contact
How to build trust, relationships, and long-term value

Her Dream with English and Communication
There was always one dream close to her heart.
Whenever she watched cricket commentary or listened to confident professionals speaking fluent English, she used to think:
“One day, I want to speak like that. I want to communicate with confidence.”
Initially, she was scared. Her first client call made her heart race. She doubted herself. Her voice shook.
But she didn’t stop.
Curiosity became her teacher. Practice became her strength. Slowly, fear turned into confidence.
Today, she confidently communicates with international clients, guides them, advises them, and helps them grow their digital presence.
Confidence Beyond the Desk
Her growth didn’t come only from work.
She connected her personal passions with her professional life:
Dancing helped her overcome stage fear
Music and rhythm improved her confidence and expression
These skills strengthened her eye contact, presence, and communication

A Global Experience That Changed Her Forever
One of the most memorable milestones of her journey was coming to Dubai for work.
For the first time, she met clients face-to-face, discussed services, strategies, and business goals in person. That experience sitting across the table, representing her company, and confidently presenting solutions was one of the proudest moments of her life.
It made her realize how far she had come from a nervous first call to global client meetings.

Today, she works as a Social Media Advisor, helping individuals and brands:

This journey taught her that growth doesn’t happen overnight it happens when courage meets consistency.
