Chetna Kumbhare From Humble Beginnings to International Success: A Woman’s Story of Strength, Sacrifice, and Success

My Journey
I was born in a small village, where my early schooling began. I completed my 11th and 12th in the district town and then moved to the city for my college education. This shift from village to city taught me independence, adaptability, and the value of hard work.
During my college years, I joined the Rotaract Club as an extracurricular activity. It became more than just a club for me it shaped my character. I enjoyed time with friends, participated in social activities, and followed my passion for helping people. I collected several certificates through my involvement and learned the importance of teamwork, service, and leadership.
After completing my degree, I started applying for jobs. I attended more than 30 open campus interviews, but I did not receive any positive response. It was a difficult phase, but I believed that life had a different plan for me.
One day, during my uncle’s wedding, someone suggested I visit a consultancy. I went there without much expectation. When they offered me a job in digital marketing, I initially said no because I was not interested in that field. However, they explained the opportunity, including the salary, accommodation, and food support. I decided to take a chance and accepted the offer.
Within a few days, I moved to Pune. That moment changed my life. I worked there for almost two years, gaining experience and confidence. During this time, I traveled across many states in India and also explored other countries, including Dubai, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Oman.
My professional journey began with Pride Group, and I am still proudly working with the same organization today. This job brought me stability and growth. It helped me support my family, buy a new home, home appliances, a scooty, and even my first iPhone things I never imagined I would achieve.
Life tested me many times, but each challenge made me stronger. I learned to stay patient, work honestly, and always give my best. From a small village to working in Dubai today, my journey is a reminder that with faith, effort, and courage to take chances, life can truly transform.
